SUMMARY
Robotic assisted minimally invasive thoracoscopic lung resection, overcomes the technical limits of the standard thoracoscopy, and is able to facilitate even a complex procedure as an upper lobectomy or pneumonectomy. RALS is a safe procedure and allows for the complete oncological treatment for lung cancer.
