This video shows the robotic technique addressed to treat the hypertrophy of tongue base and floppy epiglottis in patients affected by sleep apnea. Initially we dissect the right tongue base than the left one using 5 mm instruments and 30? scope upward facing. the second step is the supraglottoplasty. The overall time of the procedure is about 25 minutes.
