Total robotic D2 gastrectomy

This is a video of our initial experience in the treatment of gastric cancer with robotics. The patient suffered from a diffuse undifferentiated gastric carcinoma which required a total gastrectomy, performed with minimally invasive robotic surgery. We carried out a Roux an Y esophagi-jejunal side to side anastomosis and a D2 lymphadenectomy.
