SUMMARY
This video shows the robotic set-up and the technical procedures to performing a radical tonsillectomy in patients affected by squamous cell carcinoma. Before this kind of technique the classical approach required a transmandibular approach with surgical time and hospitalization longer. The robotic approach improve the quality of life of the patient with the same functional results.
