SUMMARY
In this video we show a procedure of robotic-assisted minimally invasive total esophagectomy performed in a young woman (25 years) with cicatricial esophageal stenosis by caustic. Procedure was characterized by three phases: Laparoscopy; Robotics and Cervicotomy. The support of robotic technology with the “daVinci system” has allowed thanks to a fine and meticulous dissection of trans-hiatal, associated with the use of the 4th trocar aid for exposure to lead in a minimally invasive procedure, accessing operators tight spaces and difficult to achieve with traditional minimally invasive technique
