SUMMARY
We report the video of a bisegmentectomy IVb-V for a case of metastasis in colon carcinoma. The diagnosis was made during the follow-up by CT scan and was confirmed by intraoperative ultrasonography. The duration of the operation ranged from 240 minutes. The operating time was 240 min. The estimated intraoperative blood loss was approximately 200 ml . The patient was discharged on the 7th postoperative day without any postoperative complications.
