SUMMARY
Robotic approach is used to perform a right upper lobectomy for a stage T1N0 lung cancer detected by screening with low dose CT.
A four arms Da Vinci System is used with patient in lateral decubitus, three 1 cm incisions in VII, VIII and VII intercostal space plus a three cm utility incision in the fourth intercostal space anteriorly
