SUMMARY
A medium lung lobectomy is performed with a 4 arms robotic approach (three 1 cm and one of 3 cm). The hilar structures are dissected with a hook cautery and a cadiere. They re sectioned through an endostapler introduced throught the posterior trocar after removal of the robotic arm. The endogia is introduced by the assistant at the table.
