- Ex-smoker, quitted years ago
- Walks unaided
Past medical health:
- HT, hyperlipidemia, DM
- Old CVA on aspirin
- Infra-renal AAA with EVAR in 2012
- History of CBD stones with ERCP removal in 2012
- Present with tarry stool
OGD showed 2.5cm ulcer over mid greater curvature, biopsy showed focal invasive adenocarcinoma
CT showed presence of gallstones, no distant metastases
