56 yo WM cc dysphagia and weight loss. The imaging and the endoscopy shows a giant (neck: 8 cm) epiphrenic diverticulum. He underwent to fully robotic epiphrenic diverticulectomy. The postoperative course was uneventful and the patient was discharged on POD 5.
