The video shows the robotic approach to an extended right hepatectomy for cholangiocarcinoma.
The robotic technology allows a safe control of the hepatic hylum, a better performance in parenchymal transection allowing to safely control minor bleedings. The reconstructive phase is performed with high accuracy and precision thanks to the microsuturing capabilities of the system.
