
Robotic liver resection for metastasis between segment V and VI after hard laparoscopic adhesiolysis in a patient with previous open rectal resection

A 80-year-old man had previously undergone open anterior rectal resection for cancer. During the oncology follow-up, CT scan and MRI revealed the onset of a repetitive hepatic lesion between segment V and VI of the liver. It was performed a liver resection with the aid of the ?Da Vinci? robotic surgical system.
