SUMMARY: This patient underwent robot-assisted liver resection in segment IVa and laparoscopic adhesiolysis for a recurrent hydatid cyst following multiple liver and peritoneal resection for disseminated hydatid disease. Aesthetical and functional results of this approach are undoubtful.
