this video shows the robot-assisted surgical treatment of a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor invading the transverse colon and metastasized to the left liver. The patient underwent distal splenopancreatectomy with atypical liver resection and segmental resection of the transverse colon. The use of a robot-integrated ultrasound transducer facilitated the dissection and the identification of tumor lesions and vessels. The operative time was 415 minutes, the estimated blood loss was less than 100 cc.
