SUMMARY
The robotic approach for an anterior rectal resection for colorectal cancer is shown. The robotic technology allows a superior performance in the pelvic dissection: nerve sparing and precise mesorectal dissection. Minimally invasive approach allows faster recovery and faster multimodality treatment for colorectal malignancy.
