Exhibit Hall Location

The Exhibitor Space is located in Liberty Hall, adjacent to the main hotel. Complete Floor plan is available from the JW Marriott website.

Exhibitors may coordinate loading and unloading procedures, additional electrical or audio-visual requirements directly with the hotel.

Please note: Liberty Hall is also the location for the Surgical Innovations Dinner, Simulation Rodeo, Nurses Didactical Training, Coffee and Refreshments Stand, Awards Ceremony, Internet Café, Breakfast and Lunch
