Dr. Parra-Davila graduated from medical school at Universidad de Los Andes (Merida-Venezuela)

completed his surgery residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital- University of Miami School of Medicine. Later he pursued a Colon and Rectal fellowship at Colon and Rectal Clinic in Houston and a Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship at Texas Endosurgery Institute in San Antonio.

Currently at Good Samaritan Medical Center has a surgical practice with clinical interests in bariatrics, gastrointestinal diseases, and complex abdominal wall hernias, as well as surgical training and education.
