SUMMARY
A robotic thymectomy is performed in a patient with a PET positive mediastinal lesion. Three incisions are performed in the fifth intercostal space (two trocars) and in the third intercostale space in the left side.
The hook cautery, the ultracision and the cadiere are used with a 30 degree camera to remove the fatty tissue in the controlateral cavity.
