CRSA is proud to announce a partnership with the International Journal for Medical Robotics and Computer Assisted Surgery (IJMRCAS). IJMRCAS is the official journal of the Association effective January 1, 2019.
The journal is one of the few peer-reviewed and ranked publications focusing on the field of medical robotics in the world and has an impact factor of 1.9.
The normal journal subscription price is $280 per year but CRSA members will receive free access to the IJMRCAS as one of their annual membership benefits.
The IJMRCAS is owned by Wiley, a global leader in academic and scientific publication and is published exclusively online.
A limited print edition of the CRSA World Congress Abstracts will be made available to members at the annual
meeting.
Dr. Mehran Anvari is Editor-in-Chief of the journal, and a long-standing member of the CRSA. As part of the partnership agreement he assumes a non-voting position on the CRSA Board of Directors. Several CRSA members will be appointed to the journal Editorial Board in reciprocity in order to provide a balanced peer review process for members of the surgical community.
