34 yr old female with h/o acute biliary colic. MRCP was s/o multiple gall stones with a type I choledochal cyst (Todani modification of Alonso- Lej classification) a robotic excision of the cyst with a bilio-pancreatic bypass was planned. the pt was supine with the robotic cart coming from the head end
