Please follow the following steps to upload your video(s):

1. Click on “Upload Video”
2. Fill form with surgery details and email address:
   Please note that accuracy of the "Description"and "Tags" fields will help other users to locate your
   videos through keyword searches.
3. Click on "Next";
4. Upload your Video:
   Acceptable formats: mpg, mpeg, avi, mp4, mov, asf, vob, mkv
   File size limit: 4GB
   Click on "Upload Video"
5. Wait for the upload to be complete.
   Do not navigate away from the page before the file has been fully uploaded.
   When the upload is successfully complete a message will appear and you will receive a confirmation email.
   Please note that your video will be reviewed by our scientific board and a few days may elapse before
   publication
