It is a great pleasure for me to invite you to the 1st Clinical Robotic Surgery Association (CRSA) Meeting which will be held at Swissotel Chicago, USA, October 9th-10th, 2009.

CRSA represents the new voice for the worldwide community of minimally invasive surgeons using the robotic system in General Surgery and its related sub-specialties: Upper GI; HPB; Thoracic; Colorectal; Vascular; Transplant; ENT; Endocrine; Oncology; Bariatric; Pediatrics.
We have designed an innovative and comprehensive program aimed to present the latest advances in clinical robotic practice applied to general surgery. Worldwide experts will discuss techniques, problems, clinical results and developments.
The purpose of the meeting is to cover the most important clinical indications of robotic surgery for physicians, residents and fellows discussing the practical aspects of surgery.

The program also include live-transmission sessions. An entire session has also been dedicated to emerging technologies and clinical/economical research in robotic surgery.

Swissôtel Chicago is located where Lake Michigan meets the Chicago River. Just a short walking distance from the “Loop,” financial district, government center, cultural institutions and museums.
