Abstract Information
Dear Doctor,
We are pleased to inform you that your abstract has been accepted for presentation
at the 15th CRSA Worldwide Congress, which will be held in Rome, Italy, November 21-23, 2024
All presentations must be in PowerPoint format. Please ensure to submit your presentation file 2 hours in advance at the assigned conference room.
Oral Abstract Presentations:
Each presentation will last 7 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and turnover.
Video Abstract Presentations:
Each presentation will last 7 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for questions and turnover.
Presenters must bring a copy of the accepted video on a USB drive. Accepted file formats are MP4, MOV, and AVI. Other file formats will not be accepted.
Poster Presentation:
Please note that the exposition area for printed posters will not be available.
Poster Digital Exposition:
The file must be in PDF format, 16:9 landscape, and sent 10 days before the meeting to: andrea@tigicongress.com
Information for PowerPoint Presentations:
We recommend creating the presentation in PowerPoint format with a 16:9 aspect ratio. For macOS users, we suggest converting the Keynote presentation to PowerPoint or PDF format. Alternatively, it is possible to connect your own laptop at the podium in the congress venue*.
*HDMI input is provided, so please check your laptop and bring the necessary adapter to connect it (e.g., USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort to HDMI).
Please note that all oral speeches, as well as oral and video abstract presentations, will be recorded (with synchronized audio, video, and PowerPoint) and later published on the CRSA website. For this reason, it is preferable to use the computers available at the conference.
