SUMMARY
Ureteropelvic junction obstruction and stones present a treatment challenge for the minimally invasive surgeon. We presented a pyelolithotomy whit an ibrid laparoscopic-robotic approach. The use of the da Vinci robotic interface has the potential to refine the laparoscopic technique and improve outcomes.

Nefrectomy for left intra-parenchymal renal cancer with Adrenal preservation. Is used a hybrid technique with a first step in laparoscopy and second step with robotics. Robotics is very useful for vascular dissecton and preparation and for linfectomy.
