This video shows a robotic right colectomy for colonic cancer. Since the presence of clinically suspect lymph nodes, the lymphadenectomy was selectively extended up to the right gastroepiploic vessels. A mechanical intracorporeal ileotransverse side-to-side anastomosis was performed. The use of robotic technology facilitates an extended lymph node dissection.
