<p>SUMMARY: This video depicts left adrenalectomy for pheochromocytoma using the Da Vinci Si High Definition Surgical System (commonly known as Surgical Robot). This patient had uncontrolled hypertension, raised urinary metanephrines and a 6 cm left suprarenal mass. He underwent a transperitoneal Robotic left adrenalectomy. This video shows the application of robotic technology to this disease and explains the port position, OR setup and the differences as compared to conventional laparoscopy.</p>
