CA199 was slightly elevated and CT scan  indicates cystic lesion in pancreatic neck, MCN was diagnosed  preoperatively, middle pancreatectomy with pancreatogastrostomy was  performed  using DaVinci Robotic Surgical System, however, lipoma was  confirmed by postoperative pathological examination.</p>
