In this video we present a right adrenalectomy for adrenal incidentaloma treated with robotic technique. The patients had an asymptomatic adrenal tumor discovered on a US examination ordered to evaluate a problem unrelated to adrenal disease and confirmed on CAT scan. Blood tests were all normal.

We carried out a Roux an Y esophagi-jejunal side to side anastomosis and a D2 lymphadenectomy.
