To demonstrate the feasibility of minimally invasive pancreatosplenectomy using the daVinci Robotic Surgical System.</p>
<p>Case Presentation<br />
27 yo female with 2nd episode of abdominal pain. 1 year prior was the first episode. Patient had high amylase and lipase and CT showed 3.2 cm cystic mass in the pancreatic body.</p>

<p><strong>Case Presentation</strong><br />
27 yo female with 2nd episode of abdominal pain. 1 year prior was the first episode. Patient had high amylase and lipase and CT showed 3.2 cm cystic mass in the pancreatic body. Work up of 2nd episode revealed an enlarging cystic mass by CT 4.2 cm and EUS showed nodulary thickened wall.</p>
