This is the repair of a complex right lower quadrant hernia in a person who had multiple traum explorations, bowel resection and five previous attempts to repair this hernia complicated by mesh infection and need for excision. Using a robotic technique, the adhesions were taken down and mesh sewn in as an underlay.</p>
