This video shows a robotic-assisted laparoscopic restorative proctocolectomy for ulcerative colitis. The patient underwent a laparoscopic total abdominal colectomy. Then we docked the robotic system to perform the pelvic dissection and proctectomy. The ileal J-pouch was created extra corporeally. Then a transanal ileal J-pouch anal anastomosis was performed.
