  • Ex-smoker, quitted years ago
  • Walks unaided

Past medical health:

  • HT, hyperlipidemia, DM
  • Old CVA on aspirin
  • Infra-renal AAA with EVAR in 2012
  • History of CBD stones with ERCP removal in 2012
  • Present with tarry stool

OGD showed 2.5cm ulcer over mid greater curvature, biopsy showed focal invasive adenocarcinoma
CT showed presence of gallstones, no distant metastases
